Last night, President Michael D Higgins appeared on the Late Late Show for an interview that spanned his upbringing in Limerick, to working with Mel Gibson, to life in the Áras.
He charmed absolutely everyone in the audience and watching at home with his stories, especially this tale of being a ‘qualified waiter’:
